Owner & Principal Architect
Kyle R. Baker
As a product of the Santa Rosa County school system Kyle went on to continue his studies at the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Design followed by his Master of Architecture degree. Kyle started his career in Orlando, Florida working heavily in the commercial retail side of architecture. In 2016, he and his wife moved back to their hometown to start their family in the place where they grew up and first met during their high school years. Now a father of two children, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and experiencing the outdoors. Kyle's career in architecture has allowed him to work on diverse project types ranging from healthcare, higher education, K-12, residential, and many sectors of retail. Kyle finds fulfillment in supporting and engaging with his local community that had a founding role in his success. Kyle strives to help those around him seek out betterment and reach their full potential.

Jason R. Griffin
Jason Griffin is the Director of Construction at Baker Griffin Architectural Studios. With a wealth of experience in the industry, Jason brings a unique perspective to our team. Helping us deliver innovative and creative solutions to our clients. With his background in the construction industry and many years of experience he is able to give Baker Griffin Architectural Studios a unique ability to have constructability be rooted in our design process at every phase of a project.
Project Architect
Mike Noell, AIA
Mike is a licensed Architect, a graduate of Pensacola State College, and attended grade school locally in Escambia County. He holds a Bachelors in Project Management, an associates of Architectural Design, and extensive studies in Biochemistry. After spending almost 20 years in the automotive industry as a technician, service manager, fabricator, and builder Mike found his passion for architecture through returning to school. He is passionate about his family, he and his wife of over 16 years have two girls. Mike has worked on a variety of project types: Hotels, Custom Homes, Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Department of Defense, International, Multi-family, and Themed Entertainment. When he's not at work he can be found hiking, traveling, building, volunteering, or simply spending quality time with his family around the house.

Scott j. Blake
With over 40 years of experience in the field, Scott Blake brings a deep wealth of knowledge and precision to every project. As our senior draftsman, he plays a vital role in translating design concepts into clear, buildable drawings. His longstanding career reflects a dedication to craft, accuracy, and supporting the design process from start to finish. Scott’s expertise ensures that every detail is thoughtfully considered and expertly documented.
Intern
Hanna e. merrithew
Hanna Merrithew is a designer with a Master of Architecture and a Certificate in Historic Preservation from the University of Virginia. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan. Throughout her academic and professional career, Hanna has developed experience in retail, commercial, and residential projects.
Hanna is passionate about creating spaces that are both functional and meaningful, with an emphasis on thoughtful design and attention to detail. Her interest in historic preservation has strengthened her appreciation for the stories buildings tell and the role architecture plays in shaping communities. She enjoys the challenge of balancing creativity, practicality, and client goals to create designs that are tailored to each project's unique needs.
Intern
Aidan Gilroy
​Aidan Gilroy is an architectural intern currently pursuing his Master of Architecture at Arizona State University. His passion for design is driven by a desire to create spaces that are both functional and impactful, blending creativity with problem-solving. In addition to his work in architecture, Aidan is a realtor, helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. He built his foundation for success through his experience as a Division 1 baseball player, developing the discipline, leadership, resilience, and attention to detail that continue to shape his approach to architecture. Today, he also serves as a baseball coach, mentoring young athletes both on and off the field. Aidan is committed to continuous growth, embracing challenges, and striving for excellence in everything he does.
