Kyle R. Baker
As a product of the Santa Rosa County school system Kyle went on to continue his studies at the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Design followed by his Master of Architecture degree. Kyle started his career in Orlando, Florida working heavily in the commercial retail side of architecture. In 2016, he and his wife moved back to their hometown to start their family in the place where they grew up and first met during their high school years. Now a father of two children, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and experiencing the outdoors. Kyle's career in architecture has allowed him to work on diverse project types ranging from healthcare, higher education, K-12, residential, and many sectors of retail. Kyle finds fulfillment in supporting and engaging with his local community that had a founding role in his success. Kyle strives to help those around him seek out betterment and reach their full potential.

Jason Griffin is the Director of Construction at Baker Griffin Architectural Studios. With a wealth of experience in the industry, Jason brings a unique perspective to our team. Helping us deliver innovative and creative solutions to our clients. With his background in the construction industry and many years of experience he is able to give Baker Griffin Architectural Studios a unique ability to have constructability be rooted in our design process at every phase of a project.

With over 40 years of experience in the field, Scott Blake brings a deep wealth of knowledge and precision to every project. As our senior draftsman, he plays a vital role in translating design concepts into clear, buildable drawings. His longstanding career reflects a dedication to craft, accuracy, and supporting the design process from start to finish. Scott’s expertise ensures that every detail is thoughtfully considered and expertly documented.

Hanna e. merrithew
Hanna Merrithew is an architectural intern with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan. She is currently pursuing her Master of Architecture at the University of Virginia, where she is also earning a certificate in Historic Preservation. Hanna is passionate about thoughtful, intentional design and sees architecture as a way to tell each client’s unique story. She is driven by the belief that well-designed spaces should not only function beautifully, but also reflect the people who use them.
